My husband and I moved to Welland three years ago. When tax season rolled around we realized that we needed help for the current tax year. I had always done our taxes myself but our move had caused some issues that we had not faced previously. We needed professional help. An acquaintance recommended Desy tax service and said that they did a good job and saw that we seniors got all the breaks to which were entitled. She was right. Sandy handled our affairs promptly and correctly. The government agreed with her because they never asked for more money. They have converted a section of their home to a private office where clients are handled professionally and courteously by both Gary and Sandy. Gary handles the business aspects and has their clients sign the necessary documentation forms which grants them permission to deal with Revenue Canada on our behalf. Their service is accurate, professional and the work has always been completed in a timely fashion. While others may charge less, experiences of family and friends at some of these places have been less than positive. Regardless of how complicated your financial situation is, they handle it expertly and with no extra charges for going the extra mile. I don’t miss the extra work of doing our taxes personally and am glad to put the task in their competent hands. I know that I won’t be getting any extra billing from Revenue Canada because an error or omission has been made. I highly recommend their friendly, professional and competent service.
